The Viproclean is an economical screen wash unit especially designed for the mid-size printing company. During the washing cycle the screen is sprayed with solvent under high pressure. After the washing cycle there is a break in which the solvents can flow back through a filter into the reservoir. After the break there is an adjustable exhaust time to take away the fumes in the spraying compartment and to start drying the screen. When the door is opened there is immediate strong exhaust to prevent fumes coming out of the cabinet.

Standard design includes:

  • Stainless steel spraying compartment, tubes and tank

  • Balanced overlap by the spray nozzles for all screen sizes

  • No mechanical movements in the spraying compartment

  • Very effective filter system to avoid obstruction of the spray nozzles

  • Maintenance-free powerful pump

  • Individual adjustable program
    - spraying time and pause  0-10 min
    - exhaust  0- 3 min

  • Powerful exhaust fan 1600 m³/hour

  • Read out of the working pressure

  • Tank on rails, easy to clean and easy replaceable filters.

The Viproclean is installed on a safety floor being able to contend the full fluid capacity of the tank.
The Viproclean is constructed in accordance with the new European security regulations.

According to insurance company and/or fire brigade regulations we advised to install the control cabinet at a distance of approx. 6 meters from the actual spraying compartment in a separate room.
