Vipro UV-dryer
A complete and independent working UV-dryer with an in- and outlet for curing UV-inks on several materials. The unit that contains an 120/80 Watt/cm UV-lamp amply suffices in combination with semi- and three-quarter automatic screen printing lines. If desired for higher production speed the unit can be equipped with a second or higher capacity lamp. The unique lamp reflector has an elliptic shape and concentrates the useful UV-radiation such that it supports the hardening of the ink and the anchorage of it to the material but reduces warming of the material itself to a minimum. Powerful but silent ventilators guarantee besides the required UV-lamp cooling and ozone extraction an extra cooling of the printed material. Underneath the lamp there is a wide vacuum field to prevent materials from flying. The entire hood can easily be opened for service operations. Removable panels take effectively care of scattered light. The unit, available in different working widths, has its own control panel. The speed of the teflon coated fibreglass transport belt is stepless adjustable from 5 - 25 meter/min. Options
