The Vipro AirJET dryer is part of the Vipro modular drying concept. This so called conventional universal dryer can be linked to both three quarter and fully automatic screen printing machines. Because the dryer has a modular setup the customer chooses how many cold and/or hot air sections it will contain. The setup of the dryer can always be changed afterwards. Also a combination with a UV-unit or infrared booster is one of the possibilities.

Temperature insulation and noise reduction have had great attention. The use of high quality insulation causes minimal loss of temperature and makes the dryer very silent. To a large extend the new designed hood contributes to the very good internal airflow. The material on the belt remains exactly in place because of the very equal overpressure.

Harmful fumes cannot escape uncontrolled from the dryer and built in filters prevent dust particles from coming down on the substrate. A thermostat exactly controls the entered temperature inside the dryer. On the control panel the belt speed, among others, can be set and displayed.

The Vipro AirJET is available with belt widths from 900 up to 2200 mm.
